About the role

The Business Development Manager possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and loves helping to form new sales and marketing strategies to help grow churches with world-class technology. 


You will work closely with the Churches of Nagaland, interacting and building relationships with the executive-level leaders of the churches. You will also work very closely with the Youth-Leaders of various churches and build relationships along the way. 


Your impact 

As the Business Development Manager, you will have an extraordinary opportunity to contribute to the expansion of Tabernacle’s developing enterprise product and support the company’s growth goals. 


In this role, you will:

  • Identify and develop a pipeline of prospective church customers through research, cold-calling, internet, and professional networking. 

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to execute company initiatives. 

  • You will be expected to have the ability to connect with all types of people.  Executive-level leaders to young leaders. 

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospect to close. This includes product demonstration, and negotiating and closing contracts. 

  • You are expected to achieve and maintain a high level of activity and prospect daily and experience making multiple calls and emails in a day.

  • You will be held accountable to closing new business while cultivating relationships to be used to expand into additional accounts. 

  • Uncover prospects’ business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities.

  • Be a continuous learner of the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine how to position Tabernacle to win.

  • You can conduct an effective sales call.

  • Should be tech-savvy and have the ability to make effective presentation of our products -software and mobile apps to potential customers.

  • You love to learn and value personal growth and has a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements 


  • Job posting in Dimapur.

  • Ability to travel to prospects as needed with up to 60% of your time spent traveling. 

  • Speaking on the phone and in person.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


  • ₹16,000-₹20,000 / month
