When you register and use Faith Pay, we may collect the following personal information:

• Full Name
• Mobile Number
• Address
• Email Address (if provided)
• Profile information submitted during onboarding
• Donation and transaction history
• Device and application usage information necessary for security and service operation

We collect your personal information only for the purposes of:

• Creating and managing your Faith Pay account.
• Verifying your identity.
• Processing donations made through the application.
• Providing transaction receipts and donation history.
• Communicating important service-related information.
• Preventing fraud and ensuring platform security.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not collect personal data for purposes unrelated to the operation of Faith Pay.

Faith Pay partners with Razorpay for processing online donations.

For UPI payments, Faith Pay uses Razorpay's payment gateway, which securely redirects users to their preferred UPI application (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, or any other supported UPI application) to complete the payment. Faith Pay does not collect, store, or have access to your UPI PIN, bank account credentials, or other sensitive payment authentication information.

Payment transactions are processed through Razorpay's secure payment infrastructure. Razorpay may collect and process payment-related information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Tabernacle Technologies Private Limited manages the Faith Pay application, backend church application, customer support, and technical integration with Razorpay.

Donations can only be made to churches that have been officially onboarded onto the Faith Pay platform by Tabernacle Technologies Private Limited.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your personal data may be shared only:

• with Razorpay for payment processing;
• with service providers engaged to operate the application;
• where required by law, court order, or government authority;
• with your consent.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain transaction records.

When personal data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.

• Request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your personal data where legally permissible.
