Terms of Use for Faith Pay

Effective Date: 9th July, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Faith Pay mobile application ("Faith Pay", "Application"), owned and operated by Tabernacle Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using Faith Pay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Application.

About Faith Pay

Faith Pay is a digital donation platform that enables individuals to make voluntary donations to churches that have been officially onboarded onto the Faith Pay platform.

Faith Pay is a technology platform only. It facilitates donations between donors and churches and does not receive donations as the beneficiary unless expressly stated.

Eligibility

To use Faith Pay you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age or use the Application under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian;
  • provide accurate and complete registration information;
  • maintain the confidentiality of your account and OTP verification credentials.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

User Account

You agree to:

  • provide truthful and accurate information;
  • promptly update any changes to your information;
  • maintain the security of your mobile number and device;
  • immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

Donations

Faith Pay enables voluntary donations.

Before completing a donation, users are responsible for verifying:

  • the selected church;
  • the donation amount;
  • any optional remarks entered.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, donations are generally final. Faith Pay does not guarantee cancellation or reversal of successfully completed donations.

Payment Processing

Faith Pay partners with Razorpay for payment processing.

For UPI transactions, users are securely redirected to their preferred UPI application (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm or any supported UPI application) to authorize the payment.

Faith Pay never stores or has access to:

  • UPI PIN;
  • internet banking passwords;
  • debit or credit card PINs;
  • banking credentials;
  • authentication information used to authorize payments.

Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of Razorpay, participating banks and payment networks.

Refund and Cancellation

Because donations are voluntary transfers to churches, completed donations are ordinarily non-refundable.

Refund requests, if any, will be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • duplicate payment;
  • technical processing error;
  • payment debited without successful completion.

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the policies of Razorpay and the applicable banking partner.

Churches on Faith Pay

Only churches approved and onboarded by Tabernacle Technologies Private Limited may receive donations through Faith Pay.

Each church remains solely responsible for:

  • its legal compliance;
  • maintenance of its bank account;
  • utilization of donated funds;
  • issuance of donation receipts where applicable;
  • compliance with applicable tax laws.

Faith Pay does not supervise or control how churches utilize donations after successful transfer.

Tax Benefits

Faith Pay does not represent or guarantee that donations made through the Application qualify for tax deductions.

Where applicable, any tax exemption certificate or receipt shall be issued solely by the recipient church.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • use Faith Pay for unlawful purposes;
  • impersonate another individual or organization;
  • provide false information;
  • attempt unauthorized access to the Application;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the platform;
  • transmit malware or malicious software;
  • use the Application for money laundering, terrorist financing or fraudulent activities;
